Silver isn't just for jewelry and silverware. For thousands of years, silver has been used as a healing modality and an anti-microbial agent.

Silver isn't a lost healing agent either. It isn't a woo-woo magical metal. In fact, silver is used in many burn treatment centers to help reduce infection and to repair the skin. It is also used in surgeries as a coating for temporary and permanent devices.

So are there other uses for silver, or is it only good for burns and surgeries?

Other Uses For Silver

While using a silver gel can be great for burns, it can be used for many issues as well.

For instance, if you get bug bites, it can help to reduce the itching and the bumps.

Or if you have a vaginal yeast infection, it can be used to reduce the yeast overgrowth.

If you have silver in a liquid form, then you can use it internally or even diffuse it into the room.

These are all different ways that our guest and I dive deeper into in this episode!
