How to make Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
I'd be lying if I did not say up front how incredibly easy this recipe is to throw together. Who wouldn't be excited to throw together their own dairy free mint chocolate chip ice cream and know that you can eat as much as you want?! Well within reason of course, don't make yourself sick!
First step is to gather all of your ingredients, measure, and pour into a blender. We like to use our Vitamix for the smoothest blend and perfect texture. Make sure you don't add the chocolate chips quite yet!
Once everything is mixed and blended together, it is time to transfer your liquid ice cream to an ice cream maker to get the right consistency! It usually takes our Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker about 20 minutes to churn the mixture until frozen. We like a creamy, chilled consistency. Don't forget to toss in the chocolate chips before it is finished freezing!
Now that your liquid ice cream is transformed into chilled ice cream, you can go ahead and scoop and serve or place in the freezer to enjoy later on!

Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- Add all ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) into a high powered blender, like a Vitamix. Blend on high for 1 minute.
- Pull out your ice cream maker, and follow directions to make ice cream. Typically, you attach the freezer cup, pour in the mixture, and turn on. Add in the chocolate chips. Churn for 20 minutes, or until frozen.
- Once the mixture turns into ice cream, you can serve as is, or freeze for a couple of hours.
