This Recovery Protein Shake is great to replenish electrolytes while also providing a nice boost of protein.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Coconut Water
  • 4 oz Coconut Milk Can use Almond Milk
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 2 slices Beets
  • 1/2 large Avocado
  • 1 scoop Nut Butter (Almond, Peanut, Cashew)
  • 1 Banana
  • Handful Ice Cubes
  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves or 1/4 tsp Mint Extract Optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a High Power Blender (I use a Vitamix a3300)
  • Turn blender on High for 25 seconds, pour into glass and enjoy!
