Ingredients

  • 1 cup Beet Greens
  • 1 cup Beets
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 regular Banana
  • 1 medium Orange
  • 1 tbsp Blackstrap Molasses
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan Optional. Better to balance the Salt to Potassium ratio

Instructions

  • Throw everything together into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.
  • If you want it to be a frozen drink, add ice before you blend it.
