Paleo Cranberry Sauce

Paleo Cranberry Sauce is a perfect addition to your healthy Thanksgiving meal.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Cranberries
  • 1 large Orange
  • 1/2 cup Raw Honey can add more or less depending on your tartness preference
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Peel the orange, place into your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add all ingredients into a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Bring the ingredients to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low to simmer until the berries start to break open. Continue to cook for a total time of 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
  • Serve with your turkey and mashed potatoes!
