Sundried Tomato Chicken

This Sundried Tomato Chicken recipe packs a flavorful punch to your meal, and keeps the chicken tender.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breast
  • 1 lb Green Beans
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Saute Chicken Breasts in Frying Pan until brown on both sides (not cooked all of the way through!). Sprinkle seasonings listed above on both sides of chicken breast before flipping to brown other side.
  • Heat oven to 450 degrees. We use an oven in our RV for this recipe so it may vary a tad bit with conventional/house ovens.
  • Place green beans on a pan with parchment paper and toss with olive oil. Then sprinkle salt and garlic powder on the green beans.
  • Add the browned chicken to your pan and place in the oven.
  • Cook for an average of 45 minutes, continuously checking chicken to make sure it does not get dried out. We like our beans extra soft and well cooked so I keep them in the oven for nearly an hour. The chicken is usually ready after a half hour in the oven.
  • Once food is cooked to your liking, serve onto plates and drizzle liberally with olive oil vinaigrette of your choice. We personally love OMG! Sundried Tomato Balsamic Dipping Oil.
