Ingredients

  • 3 slices Ham Use high quality ham, not just lunch meat
  • 3 farm fresh Eggs Pasture-raised
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 pinch Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place an oven-safe pan on medium heat on the stove.
  • Add coconut oil to pan, allowing the oil to create a non-stick surface for the ham and eggs.
  • Once coconut oil is melted, lay slices of ham in a circle around the pan, with the centers overlapping. This makes it so the ham doesn't come apart when you move the food onto a plate.
  • Crack the eggs over the center of the ham, allowing them to fall wherever they desire.
  • Sprinkle salt and rosemary over the top. Add to the oven.
  • Allow to cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are a consistency you desire.
  • Remove from pan onto a plate and enjoy!
