Coconut Whipped Cream

Coconut Whipped Cream is a fantastic dairy free substitute to regular whipped cream.

  • Chill the coconut cream or coconut milk in the fridge for at least an hour. This helps to separate the cream from the rest of the liquids.
  • Scoop the cream into a bowl or cup. Using an immersion blender or mixer, start to blend up the coconut cream. After a minute or two, the cream should start to become light and fluffy.
  • If you want a bit more sweetness, add in a small amount of honey. Mix for another minute.
  • Pair this up with your favorite recipes and desserts!
