Low Carb Margarita

On a warm summer evening, this Low Carb Margarita definitely hits the spot without filling you up on sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 shots Tequila Use a higher quality kind
  • 2 whole Limes
  • 1 shot Vodka
  • 1/2 tsp Orange Extract
  • 1 tbsp Erythritol
  • 2 cups Ice *Optional*
  • 1 tbsp Salt For the rim

Instructions

  • Juice the 2 limes and add the juice to a blender.
  • Add in the tequila, vodka, orange extract, and erythritol to the blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
  • Add in the ice and blend on high until smooth. You can slowly add the ice in to control the thickness of the drink.
  • Take a slice of lime and rub it on the lip of the glass. Pour the salt onto a little plate and dip the lip of the glass into the salt.
  • Pour the blended margarita into your glass, and enjoy!
