2021 has come to a close, which means it is time to reflect back on the top podcast episodes from the year!

Every year we take a look at all of the podcast episodes we produced, and see which ones were the most popular in the first month of their release. This year we added a video component to our show, so now we include views on Youtube as well.

As it turns out, our Top 5 episodes is actually 6 episodes since we have a tie for 5th place.

Below you will see the Top Episodes from 2021!

Tied For Number 5

164- How to Stay Off the Cardiologist's Operating Table w/ Dr. Phillip Ovadia

With heart disease being the #1 cause of death in our country, I usually try to bring a cardiologist onto the show every now and then.

Luckily for me, Dr. Ovadia has performed thousands of heart surgeries so I asked him questions about his experience in the operating room and what leads to people needing heart surgery.

159- Peptide Therapy and How to Use it For Recovery and Performance with Dr. Amber Krogsrud

It is said that proteins are the building blocks of the body, and it turns out that you can use concentrated forms of proteins and peptides to improve certain aspects of the body.

In this episode with Dr. Amber Krogsrud, we cover the different ways to use peptide therapy to improve performance, sleep, and sexual function.

Number 4

155- Telomere Length and Impacts on Aging with Doc Misak

A huge question that kept coming up this year was about slowing down the aging process. I wonder if this is because everyone has aged about 10 years in the last 2 years...

One aspect of aging is the telomere length on our DNA. As we age, telomeres become shorter, therefore if we can slow down the shortening process (or even get them to lengthen back out), then that slows down the aging process.

In Episode 155, we cover how you can do that.

Number 3

143- How to Break Through Your Weight Loss Plateau with Cynthia Thurlow

Cynthia Thurlow is always a fan favorite on our show. She once again made it into the top 3 episodes of the year for the show!

In this episode, we discuss what you can do if you are trying to lose weight and you reach a plateau. There are many things that can hang up weight loss progress, and refining these areas of health can get your weight loss back on track.

Number 2

153- How to Reduce Anxiety and Mental Health Challenges with Carol Garner-Houston

We are coming down to the wire here, and rounding out the number 2 spot was Carol Garner-Houston. There's no surprise that anxiety and mental health is a hot topic right now.

In this episode, Carol teaches us ways to reduce anxiety and improve our mental health. She provides a lot of strategies you can use at any time to reclaim your mental health!

165- Using Your Genetic Blueprint To Optimize Health with Teri Cochrane

Making it into the Number 1 spot for podcast episode of the year is Teri Cochrane! It seems that many people are interested to know how their genes can be impacted by the foods and nutrients they consume.

In this episode we go over Teri's genetic blueprint method on how to test your genes and discover what nutrients are beneficial or not for your body type.
