Achieving Optimal Health is a complicated process, and is often overlooked in conventional treatment methods.
The problem is, it is much easier to take a pill for a symptom, then it is to dig for the root cause and correct that dysfunction which alleviates all the symptoms.
But eventually a pill no longer fixes the symptoms, and another pill is required. Then those 2 pills stop working, and another one is added. This process continues until you are tired of chasing symptoms and instead you want answers.
This is where we come in.
In our Health Consultations, we support you through any chronic conditions or symptoms by finding the root causes and supporting the body. We spend time discovering YOUR needs, learn about YOUR goals and what YOU want to achieve if you no longer had these symptoms.
By working directly with you, we touch into all aspects of your life that may be influencing your symptoms. We then create a unique protocol specifically for YOU.

At the root of all functions of the body are the nutritional components needed to keep the body well. Each person needs their own nutritional balance to function optimally.
Your body is designed to move. Movement moves fluids, circulates nutrients, strengths tissues, and so much more. Stagnation is a precursor to dis-ease.
REST AND RECOVERY
We cannot continuously push ourselves without taking the time to rest and recover. Every single being on this planet needs rest. It is at rest that the body recovers appropriately.
The number 1 missed connection to health symptoms is our environment. If we are constantly in unhealthy environments, our bodies become toxic.
The way we perceive the world and all of our daily interactions can play a huge part in our overall health.
We have never dealt with this constant influx of stress in our entire history. Stress takes over the systems of the body, which puts some important systems (like digestion) to the side until stress in handled.
We spend so much time away from nature and in toxic-filled environments, that we forget our roots. Nature provides an opportunity to break away from the noise of every day life.
How We Work
We can work with you remotely via Zoom calls. That way you don't have to worry about traveling anywhere and you can have even more privacy by being comfortable in your home.
Before we meet, you will be asked to fill out some forms about your health and history. These will need to be returned back to us BEFORE our first appointment. Failure to send the forms in 48 hours before the appointment will be terms for automatic cancellation of the appointment. We want to provide the best care possible to you, which means we need the time to properly research your history.
In the first meeting we will discuss findings from the forms, and dive deeper into some of the 7 steps to health. We will get started with a specific protocol for your needs and your level of commitment.
Each additional appointment we will build upon your protocol to help resolve your symptoms.

Will I Be Working Directly With Bryan, or Another Practitioner From His Team?
Yes, you will be working directly with Bryan, and he will be the lead practitioner in your protocols. However, there may be some appointments you meet with practitioners who are better suited for certain needs (such as his wife, Sarah, who specializes in food preparation and recipe planning).
What All Does the Initial Appointment Include?
Bryan blocks out an hour to meet with you over Zoom (a video conferencing platform). Prior to the meeting you will be sent questionnaires to fill out that digs deeper into your health history. If you have any lab results from the last 12 months, those will also be reviewed. This is an information-gathering appointment which will help determine the next course of action. This appointment is to dig deep into the discovery process for the root causes to any health problems. Then, a recommended protocol is created to help you reach your health goals successfully.
How Are Next Appointments Set Up
After your initial appointment, you will meet with Bryan or a member of his team bi-weekly for 6 months.
How Long Do I Need To Be On The Program?
It takes many years for your body to fall out of the "healthy" range, so it cannot be expected to be completely fixed in a couple of weeks. Our clients experience the most success when they stay on the program for multiple months at a time. The severity of your health issues will determine the length of your program. We focus on gradual habit changes that are easy to adapt into your lifestyle, which makes the largest differences in the long run.
Does Insurance Cover The Costs of This Program?
No. You may ask for reimbursement from your insurance, but it is not guaranteed they will reimburse you. Some people have been successful using HSA accounts to pay for the program.
What Types of Things Are Used in Your Protocols?
We ideally want the most changes to come from the foods and nutrients we put into the body. However, sometimes we need to use supplements or other modalities to support the body. The list of items we use are: food, practitioner-grade nutritional supplements, herbs, tinctures, detox tools, and more. We focus more on the natural methods instead of pharmaceutical.
Is Labwork Included in the Cost?
No. Labs will be suggested based upon your symptoms and needs. If you have not had blood work done in the last 12 months, we do recommend a basic CWP panel to be done at the minimum.
Are There Refunds?
You may apply for a refund up to 48 hours before your initial appointment. Once the initial appointment has been completed, there are no refunds.
