5 Easy Snowboard Stretches to do BEFORE RIDING

Here are some easy snowboard stretches you can do before hitting the slopes to loosen up your hips and legs so you can ride all day long!

The video shows what each stretch is and how to do it properly, but here is the list of movements:

  • Hamstring stretch on your car bumper
  • Standing Inner Thigh Stretch
  • Standing Hip Flexor Stretch
  • Snowboard Lateral Side Lunge Stretch
  • Kneeling Quad Stretch
