What a year 2020 has been! Overall with the Summit For Wellness Podcast, our goal was to give people a way to have a break from all the craziness, and have high quality episodes focused on improving health overall.
From the podcast survey we did over the last few weeks, it sounds like we accomplished that goal!
I appreciate everyone who listens to these shows, without you I wouldn't be putting in all the time and effort with the show. This year we nearly doubled our downloads compared to last year, and released 40 episodes.
As the show continues on, I am always looking for high quality guests that make it worthwhile for you to listen. Also a lot of people have asked to have a way to submit questions to guests, so I will work on an organized way of doing that.
Here are the Top 5 Podcast Episodes from 2020!
